Kirwan Mechanical, LLC, was founded in 2002 by James Kirwan, after earning over 16 years experience in the plumbing and HVAC fields.

Working his way up from truck driver, to HVAC service technician to pipefitter foreman, Jim gained valuable experience in the field. He learned how to do a good  job in a timely manner. Meanwhile, he completed his formal training.

After several years, Jim became a project manager / estimator and gained the experience of getting jobs done well, on schedule and under budget from the other side of the fence -- the office. He learned management and troubleshooting skills while managing jobs valuing up to $5.6 million. 

Now, as owner of Kirwan Mechanical, Jim looks forward to putting his diverse experience to work for you by providing you with dependable, quality workmanship, a job that's completed on time and within budget -- a job done well.
